Timesheet
Record the days you worked. Get back an invoice that is numbered correctly, dated correctly and carries the right details, as a PDF you can send.
Released: in use at IAM Tech, the consultancy side of our company. Not on sale to other businesses yet; ask now and you will be among the first we set up.
You record the days. It does the rest.
Days and rates
Fill in the days as you go and submit them for approval. Change a rate mid-period and the months either side stay correct.

Numbering that cannot repeat
Approved days become an invoice: numbered in sequence, dated, with VAT and the total worked out. A duplicated invoice number is an accounting problem. It cannot happen here.

Invoiced, paid, overdue
At a glance, not reconstructed from your sent folder in April.

Anyone who bills for time
Contractors, consultants, agencies, practices, and finance teams raising invoices on someone else’s behalf. It is not built for one trade.
Small mistakes, repeated
A duplicated number, a rate that changed three months ago and never got updated, a month whose totals quietly do not add up. None of it is difficult. It is just easy to get wrong by hand, every month.
Change the numbers. Watch the invoice.
This is the calculation Timesheet does, running here in your browser.
Each issue takes the next number in sequence, which is what stops an invoice number ever repeating. Figures are illustrative.
Make it yours, if you want to.
Timesheet works as it is, out of the box. It can also carry your logo, your colours and your invoice layout, so what your clients receive looks like it came from you. If you need something it does not do, tell us. We look at the requirement first, give you a straight answer on what we would build and what it would take, and build nothing until you agree.
No implementation project.
No consultant, no training day. Tell us how you invoice today and we will tell you honestly whether this helps.
