About

The discipline came first. The products came after.

iamtec.ai grew out of twenty-three years inside identity and access management, watching the same mistake happen company after company: the platforms got the attention and the budget, but the records feeding them never did.

Where it started

Twenty-three years inside identity and access.

No amount of governance software fixes a source that was already wrong, so that is where we started: fixing the source, not the platform on top of it.

What we do now

Timesheet came first because it was the smallest version of the same problem: recording a day’s work correctly and turning it into an invoice that added up. IAM Tech runs on it today.

Worker Registry followed on a larger scale: most businesses have no single trustworthy record of everyone who actually works for them, including the contractors and temporary staff that payroll never sees.

Both are pilot products: proof the discipline holds at the scale this is actually built for, a practice that answers to a regulator, an insurer or a client, not a claim about anything bigger yet.

The same discipline, worked out in real numbers, is on the studio page.
