Privacy
This covers the website. If you use one of our products, its data handling is set out separately in your agreement.
The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. We know what every request on it is for, and they are listed below.
What we collect when you contact us
If you send the contact form or ask for a call back, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address or phone number, your business if you gave one, and your message. It reaches us through our hosting provider, Netlify, whose servers process the submission.
If you ask the assistant to put you through to a person, what you told it goes with your request: what it is about, your organisation, and how you think we can help.
We use it to reply to you and, if you become a customer, to do the work. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months, then delete them. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.
Third parties this site loads
Three, and no more. Each one can see your IP address, because your browser connects to it directly.
- Google Fonts (
fonts.googleapis.com,fonts.gstatic.com) serves the two typefaces, on every page. - Cal.com (
cal.com,app.cal.com) provides the booking calendar. It loads only on the contact page, and only when you choose to load the calendar. - Netlify hosts the site and receives form submissions. Like any host, it keeps server logs.
There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising network, no session recording and no A/B testing tool.
Cookies
We set none. Cal.com may set its own once you choose to load the booking calendar on the contact page; until then nothing from Cal.com loads. That is its own processing, and its policy applies to it.
Your rights
We are a UK company and operate under UK GDPR. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@iamtec.ai and a person will action it.
If you are not satisfied with how we handled a request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Who we are
iamtec.ai is a trading name of IAM TECH LIMITED, registered in England and Wales, company number 09076102. We are the data controller for anything sent through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under number ZC228983.
